Any client who enrolls three or more students in any of our eLearning courses will also receive complimentary administrator access to their organization or department on www.self-teach.com. This gives them access to all training records, notifications, certificates, and user profiles.
One of the most popular features of ABSORB is the unique Enrollment Key system. By pre-purchasing course “seats” and allowing students to self-register, our clients save time and effort. Without the Enrollment Key technology, the employer would have to collect an exhaustive list of everyone who needs a given course over the coming months, enter each person’s name and email address to create usernames and passwords for each person, and finally distribute the unique username and password to each individual. Using the Enrollment Key, the employer sends the same set of instructions to all potential students, which allows them to self-register for the course. Each time a spot in the Enrollment Key is used, the Administrator (supervisor) is emailed, preventing misuse of the Key.
ABSORB is easy to use; the intuitive learner interface allows students to easily navigate their courses and certificates and to find help if they need it.
The Administrator side of the system allows the supervisor or employer to sort employees, view and print certificates, and pull detailed reports that can be easily customized due to the contextual menus. Even first-time users who may not be very comfortable with technology can easily find any information that they may require. The reporting capability makes ABSORB a powerful due diligence tool.
